It’s Been a Long Week

My week started with a 15 hour day on Monday. I left the office with a co-worker at 8am, got the the client’s site at 11am, and started setting up our laptops to run some tests. I started my laptop, and it got to the Starting Windows screen, and it goes to a Blue Screen of Death and reboots. Over, and over again. I tried to boot into safe mode, same thing. So I spent a 15 hour work day without my laptop. That sucked. I finally got home that night at 11:30pm.

The next day, I take my laptop to our Desktop Support guy to see what’s wrong with it. It had a bad hard drive. I had to drive to Oakland to a client site, and by the time I got back, Desktop Support had a new hard drive in, and a new image installed. Now my laptop is working good again!

Anyway, I have to go back out to Oakland today. Fun.
