Writing a Business Plan

I’ve been making plans to open a business with a friend, and as we’re getting our plans together, I’ve started thinking about writing the business plan.  I have several business plan books to read through.  I don’t want to get into any details about the business, as we don’t plan on opening the web store until early 2007.  I’m planning to visit my business partner in August, so we can do a written partnership agreement, finalize business plans, and do more work on the website.  It’s exciting!  I’ll make sure to post updates of how it’s going.
