I am a refinery operator and volunteer firefighter at the Richmond Refinery. I’ve been working there for 3 years, and I have about 30 more years to go to retirement (unless I somehow win the lottery).
My many hobbies include computers, technology, photography, and planted aquariums. I also enjoy reading, listening to audio books, and hanging out with my family and friends.
When I first started Ripper Hollow a few years back, I went from a regular blog to a photo blog, then back to a regular blog (whatever regular means). With all the tinkering with the themes and other files, I finally broke my wordpress installation and couldn’t fix it. I decided to start the blog fresh. I still like playing and tinkering with the theme and plugins, but now I keep loads of backups. Makes things much easier. I’ve been posting mostly on my tinkerings with my aquariums, but do post other stuff.
