A chunk of azurite with malachite from Copper Queen Mine, Bisbee, Arizona, currently located at the Smithsonian Institute’s Museum of Natural History.

  • It absolutely does look edible! =) I wish I had samples of this mineral. I should start collecting again.
  • I have a few modest samples of both together, but no icee-type azurite like this. I think about it like something edible - a cool flavor like blueberry.
